WW-PAK 6.2

This program is needed to work with PAK files from Dune 2.

Features:

-Creates pakfile.PAK from the files in the subdirectory
of the same name (ex. SCENARIO\*.* => SCENARIO.PAK)

- Unarchives pakfile.PAK, automatically creating a directory
with the name of the .PAK (less the .PAK).
